Location Information. You can choose whether or not to allow the App to collect and use real-time information about your device's location through the device's privacy settings. If you block the use of location information, some parts of the App may become inaccessible or not function properly.

Promotion by Runyon. If you do not want us to use your email address or other contact information to promote our own or third parties' products or services, you can opt-out by clicking on the “unsubscribe” button in the communication received. You can also always opt-out by sending us an email stating your request to privacy@runyonsurfaceprep.com . If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions. This opt out does not apply to information provided to the Runyon as a result of a product purchase, warranty registration, product service experience or other transactions.

Tracking Technologies. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies or block the use of other tracking technologies, some parts of the Websites/Mobile App may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

In general, we retain personal data about you for as long as we believe appropriate or as otherwise required by law. We store the personal data we collect in several databases, which are principally located in Carmel, Indiana; New York City, New York; Newark, New Jersey; and Dallas, Texas, Council Bluffs, IA, and may include other locations in the future.

DO-NOT TRACK SIGNALS

Web browsers and other technologies you may use to access the Websites/Mobile App may include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. We want the Websites/Mobile App to be user-friendly and convenient for you. Subsequently, we may sometimes use a method of communication that is less secure instead of a method that is less convenient. For example, we may send you an email in an unencrypted form because many of our customers are unable to access an encrypted email message.
